Job summary

The National Basketball Association is seeking an Executive Producer to lead our branded content initiatives across NBA 2K League, NBA Take Two, and NBA Research and Development. You will own the branded content lifecycle from RFPs and pitches through development, production, and distribution.

You’ll partner with Creative, Sales, and Marketing to develop social-first strategies, manage a robust slate, and guide talent and budget decisions across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience developing and producing custom editorial and/or branded content.
• Proven experience leading branded video and digital campaigns from concept through final delivery.
• Strong portfolio with video, digital, social and experiential work with impact.
• Excellent client-facing and presentation skills with senior partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end branded content across video, social, and live event content.
• Collaborate with Creative, Sales, and Marketing on pitches and sponsorship concepts.
• Lead client and agency presentations, articulating the creative vision.
• Manage budgets, timelines, talent integration, and production workflows.
• Provide creative direction from pre-sale to post-production and delivery.
• Travel to shoots as the on-set creative lead when needed.
