Provide overarching creative direction across branded content, working in lockstep with the editorial vision to ensure a cohesive, premium brand experience. Partner with internal creative and editorial teams to develop concepts that are authentic to the brand while delivering meaningful value for advertising partners.
Serve as a senior creative leader throughout the pitch process, translating client objectives into compelling branded content strategies, creative treatments, written proposals, and presentation materials. Lead and participate in client and agency presentations, confidently articulating the creative vision and getting partners excited, aligned, and bought into the idea. Act as a creative thought leader within Sales and Marketing, helping shape solutions that balance client objectives with audience and editorial considerations.
Oversee end-to-end creative execution across branded video, social, custom editorial extensions, and live event content. Work closely with production and creative teams on post-sale projects, including creative treatments, scripts, social concepts, talent integration, event activations, and other campaign deliverables. Provide creative direction throughout production and post-production, reviewing and refining treatments, scripts, copy, edits, and final assets to ensure client KPIs and feedback are addressed. Maintain a strong understanding of talent booking, production budgets, timelines, and logistical considerations to ensure internal talent and production teams are positioned for success. Travel to shoots and events as the creative lead and on-set representative for the Partnerships team when needed.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of sold programs. Own the creative oversight and fulfillment of campaign deliverables, ensuring all assets, talent requirements, approvals, timelines, and client commitments are clearly tracked and delivered. Serve as a key connective point between the client and internal teams, ensuring expectations, feedback, creative direction, and deliverables remain aligned throughout the campaign lifecycle. QC and approve final video and creative assets for client, social, editorial, and event use.
