Flag Family Media is hiring an Executive Producer / Account Executive for the WOYM show, with duties spanning production leadership and client development. The hybrid role involves coordinating broadcasts statewide and BEKTV, while pursuing new business opportunities and managing current client relationships.

The position requires willingness to travel, strong organizational skills, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Marketing or media sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
• Strong organizational skills and self-management in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Executive Producer: coordinate production, logistics, and execution of the WOYM broadcast across radio and BEKTV.
• Business Development: meet with executives to pitch capabilities and grow the client base.
• Account Management: maintain client relationships and ensure campaign fulfillment.
• Travel: support live broadcasts and events with extensive travel.
