Job Description: Flag Family Media has an exciting and rare opening for a hybrid Executive Producer / Account Executive to lead and grow our popular What's On Your Mind (WOYM) broadcast.

In this dynamic, dual-role position, you will be the driving force behind the WOYM broadcast on both our statewide radio network and BEKTV. As the Executive Producer, you will coordinate all aspects of the show's production, logistics, and on-the-road execution. As a Sales Account Executive, you will actively pursue business development opportunities and ensure the flawless fulfillment of current client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Producer: Coordinate and oversee all production aspects, logistics, and execution of the daily What's On Your Mind (WOYM) broadcast for our statewide radio network and BEKTV.
• Business Development: Actively meet with business executives to prospect new leads, pitch our media capabilities, and grow our client base.
• Account Management: Care for an existing base of current client relationships, ensuring absolute fulfillment and satisfaction with their advertising campaigns.
• Travel: Accommodate a rigorous and extensive travel schedule to support live broadcasts, client meetings, and remote events.
• Core Philosophy: Uphold our foundational sales rule— the only deals we do are the ones that we're convinced will help our customers.

Requirements:

• Media, broadcasting, or digital marketing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to self-manage in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
• Valid Driver's License (Required).
