Job summary

The NAB Leadership Foundation seeks an Executive Producer to oversee news content across all platforms and to line-produce at least one hour of a live newscast. You will supervise the newsroom, guide editorial decisions, and drive audience growth while ensuring budgets and strategic goals are met.

Candidate must have a strong background in broadcast production, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high journalistic standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, TV/film or the equivalent.
• At least 5 years' experience in television or radio broadcast/production.
• Must be able to interact well with video journalists, anchors, videographers, news managers, production and engineering staff.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills.
• Strong news judgment, journalistic integrity and understanding of viewer needs and expectations.
• Utilize state-of-the-art television technology.

Pay Range: $40,000-$45,000 salary plan
