Job summary

SIXTEEN seeks an Executive Producer to lead its New York operation, guiding colour-led post production and the broader integrated post workflow across VFX, finishing, motion and stills. You will shape client relationships, people development and studio culture in a global context.

You will own the studio's performance, strategies for growth and adoption of new technologies, while collaborating with international leaders to maintain creative standards and luxury branding excellence.

Qualifications

• Established Executive Producer or senior post production leader with a strong background in Colour.
• Broader experience across integrated motion, VFX, finishing and ideally stills production.
• A strong understanding of luxury, fashion and beauty, with established client relationships across these sectors.
• Proven experience leading teams, developing talent and managing studio performance.
• A clear point of view on emerging technology, including AI, and how it can meaningfully support creative work, production and studio development.
• Commercially aware, with the confidence to balance creative ambition and business performance.
• A natural leader who understands the importance of culture, relationships and creative standards.

We’re working with an established international post production studio looking to appoint an Executive Producer to lead its New York operation.

This is a senior leadership role with a particular focus on Colour, alongside a broader understanding of integrated post production across VFX, finishing, motion and stills.
