The Wellington Agency seeks an experienced Executive Housekeeper/Cook to oversee the daily operations of private residences in Boca Raton, FL and Cape Cod, MA, including seasonal travel and live-in/live-out arrangements. The role emphasizes polished service, discretion, and superb organization for a high-profile household.

You will plan and prepare meals, supervise housekeeping, manage inventories, vendors, and transport, ensuring guest-ready, impeccably run homes year-round.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of recent private household experience in a similar role.
• Strong cooking abilities with a genuine passion for preparing fresh, home-style meals.
• Exceptional housekeeping and household organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to adapt to changing household needs.
• Professional demeanor with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physically able to lift and move outdoor furniture and other household items.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and serve dinners for the principals and occasional guests.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the home, including making beds and managing all household laundry and linens.
• Maintain household inventory and replenish supplies as needed.
• Coordinate and oversee household vendors and service providers.
• Manage vehicle maintenance, detailing, fueling, registrations, and routine upkeep.
• Welcome guests, prepare guest accommodations, and refresh rooms following departures.
• Open and close each residence at the beginning and end of the season.
• Assist with outdoor furniture setup and seasonal exterior preparations.
• Assist with packing and unpacking for travel.
• Complete grocery shopping, household provisioning, and pantry organization.
• Coordinate dry cleaning drop-off and pickup.
• Run household errands, including gift purchasing, returns, and miscellaneous personal shopping.
• Provide driving assistance as needed.
• Ensure both residences remain impeccably organized, fully stocked, guest-ready, and operating efficiently.
• Polish silver and maintain fine household items.
• Create fresh floral arrangements for dinners and entertaining.
• Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
