Qualifications

• Doctorate in nursing or related discipline; Masters in nursing.
• 7–10 years in education, program development and teaching in relevant programs.
• President-level experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of health sciences higher education.
• Experience with recruitment, enrollment and admissions processes.
• Ability to manage in a matrix organization.
• Strong communication, leadership and scholarly achievement.
• On-site presence is required.

• Provide vision and leadership for all College operations and programs.
• Develop and maintain an administrative structure for effective resource management.
• Model the mission and values for students, faculty, and staff.
• Oversee strategic planning aligned with Mount Carmel Health System.
• Ensure accreditation and reporting to agencies; manage budget and finances.
• Serve as liaison with collaborating institutions and external constituencies.
• Mentor and coach College staff and faculty; drive enrollment and program growth.
