Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital in Stevens Point, WI seeks a Division President to provide strategic leadership for the assigned division within the Aspirus Health System. Reporting to the Senior VP Regional Markets, the President will drive performance in line with Quality, Service, People, Growth and Finance pillars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; master's degree is desired.
• Extensive leadership and financial management experience.
• Experience with lean methodologies and budgeting processes.
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
• Effective communication and employee engagement skills.
• Proven track record in executive leadership within health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to optimize performance of the Division.
• Support the Aspirus Strategic Pillars: Quality, Service, People, Growth and Finance.
• Promote accountability, collaboration and integration to enhance patient care and fiscal accountability.
• Lead in a matrixed organization with stakeholders including physicians.
• Align division strategy with system-wide objectives and regulatory standards.
