Your role involves collaborating with executive teams, vendors, and internal creatives, ensuring brand-aligned messaging and broadcast-ready graphics for critical events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in design project management and leading design teams.
• Expert in presentation design and animation portfolio.
• Strong exec-facing collaboration with senior leaders.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Willingness to travel 25%+ including weekends and international trips.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary presentation designer for executive teams, translating narratives into visual solutions and producing broadcast-ready graphics.
• Drive executive communication assets that adhere to brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, guiding storyboard and wireframe development while resolving roadblocks.
• Apply typography, iconography, composition, layout, color theory and photography selection to create mood boards, storyboards and motion guidelines.
• Manage and prioritize design projects and staffing needs, especially during high-impact periods and executive support.
• Build relationships with communications teams to anticipate needs and avoid blockers.
• Develop visual narratives aligned with strategy and collaborate with managers, producers and senior leadership.
• Provide feedback on supplier work and ensure high-quality delivery for presentations.
• Identify opportunities to archive executive content for future use and efficiency.
• Support events with potential travel, including international destinations.
