Job summary

Tampa Bay Rays is seeking a Corporate Presentation Designer to translate complex subject matter into visually compelling narratives and presentations. You will partner directly with senior leadership to craft on-brand decks for high-level projects.

Required experience includes 3+ years as a presentation designer, expert PowerPoint/Excel skills, and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency. A strong portfolio is mandatory for consideration. This hybrid role is based in Tampa, FL.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a presentation designer or visual communications specialist.
• Advanced, expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• A robust portfolio of design or related work must be provided.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with senior leadership to grasp strategic goals and translate them into persuasive visual narratives.
• Transform dense data into clear infographics, charts, and custom slide layouts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to corporate brand guidelines while elevating visual polish.
• Build and maintain an organized library of presentation templates, visual assets, and UI components.
• Enhance presentations with multimedia elements such as motion graphics, transitions, and audio/video integration.
