Qualifications

• Extensive experience in large-scale technical program management within complex technology environments.
• 5+ years of proven leadership managing managers or distributed teams, preferably in cloud, software, or infrastructure.
• Proven track record of transforming or running a PMO in fast-paced, multi-product organizations.
• Deep expertise in governance, portfolio prioritization, risk management, dependency resolution, and executive reporting.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and cloud/software delivery practices.
• Proficiency with PMO tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and related reporting platforms.
• Ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO governance, operating rhythms, and executive reporting for predictable delivery and transparency.
• Oversee lifecycle management of products from concept to end-of-life with phase-gate discipline.
• Partner with engineering, product, sales, support, and supply chain to align priorities and manage dependencies.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to show project health and outcomes.
• Drive process improvements in dependency management, escalation procedures, and cross-BU coordination.
• Represent the PMO in cross-functional planning forums to manage commitments and timelines.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a global team, fostering execution discipline and customer focus.
