CORSAIR seeks a seasoned Director of PMO to advance enterprise program management, partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic initiatives and scalable execution frameworks.

You will lead cross-functional planning and governance, translate business needs into prioritized roadmaps, and drive accountability and continuous improvement across programs in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in PMO/program management or equivalent.
• Experience delivering enterprise-level, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and drive alignment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate the enterprise PMO function with high-quality practices.
• Translate business needs into prioritized roadmaps across Operations, Finance, Engineering and IT.
• Drive cross-functional planning, prioritization, and resource alignment for multiple initiatives.
• Build and manage project and portfolio governance: milestones, budgets, risks, change control.
• Bring structure to ambiguity by organizing backlogs and resolving cross-team conflicts.
• Use data to track performance, forecast delivery, and guide executive decisions.
• Ensure requirements are clearly defined and translated into solutions.
• Serve as liaison between business and IT to ensure delivery success.
• Foster accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
