Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned Physical AI Sales and Client Solutions Leader to originate, shape and close multi-disciplinary AI transformations. You will connect executive priorities to credible technical and delivery solutions, mobilize account and industry teams, and manage opportunities from qualification through signature and transition to delivery.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to originate and close complex transformation or technology-services engagements.
Experience engaging executive buyers and operational stakeholders and translating business problems into value cases and roadmaps.
Ability to lead cross-functional pursuit teams, proposal development, negotiation and contracting.
Working knowledge across Physical AI domains such as digital twins, simulation, robotics, AI and computer vision, and industrial automation.
Bachelor-level degree or higher; 12+ years of work experience if no degree.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute account and market sales strategies for the full Physical AI portfolio across strategy, planning, digital twins, robotics and managed services.
Identify and qualify opportunities based on operational priorities like throughput, uptime, and capital efficiency.
Build executive relationships and translate priorities into a clear Physical AI value agenda.
Lead end-to-end pursuits from origination to contract and delivery transition.
Orchestrate cross-functional pursuit teams spanning multiple domains and partners.
Ensure solutions are differentiated, credible, and anchored to measurable outcomes.
