Description

The Kitchen Manager/Pastry Chef manages the overall operation of their store's kitchen, supervising staff, managing inventory and orders, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring cleanliness and food safety compliance. They lead BOH operations, coordinate with corporate, and foster a positive team environment.

Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of management experience in a culinary setting, such as Pastry Chef, Executive Chef, or Kitchen Manager
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with kitchen technology and software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and lift up to 30 pounds
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Fluent in English
