Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and development of all Ministry Directors and Pastoral Staff.
• Serve on the Executive Ministry Team and implement churchwide objectives.
• Oversee local mission ministry with Executive Team and Local Mission Team.
• Oversee churchwide community engagement.
• Assist Senior Pastor in preaching, sacraments, and pastoral work.
• Serve as advisory member of Leadership Team.
