Eastern Avenue Church seeks a collaborative, strategic, and engaging Executive Director or Executive Pastor. In this full-time position, this person will serve as Head of Staff, taking on the day-to-day work of supporting and encouraging our staff team while providing operational oversight, fiscal stewardship, and community engagement in Grand Rapids.

The Executive Director/Pastor complements the Lead Pastor by integrating EAC’s administration and operations with our ministry programming, managing our budget, facilities, and teams through a lens of equity, hospitality, and stewardship.The ideal candidate is a committed follower of Jesus Christ who combines strong administrative capability with high emotional intelligence, a passion for developing staff, and a gift for building relationships both inside the church and throughout our neighborhood.
