Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
• Experience operating an event/conference venue or briefing center for an organization.
• Experience in project or program management.
• Experience crafting and delivering communications, narratives, and status updates for executive leadership or executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience and oversee daily operations, including escalations, logistics, operations support, space usage, budget support, future-proofing, and guidelines to support the center.
• Serve as the local Point of Contact (POC) for our service lines, guiding the team around process changes, escalations, and own logistics-only briefings in collaboration with the Coordinator team.
• Lead remodels, as necessary, from a program management perspective and stay informed on the budget allocation in partnership with our cross-functional partners (e.g. REWS, gTech, Large Customer Sales (LCS)).
• Partner with event venue specialists, catering, and security coordinators to review on-site logistics, menus, and security needs for upcoming engagements.
• Build relationships, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and drive alignment without direct authority/influence while remaining organized, analytical, and a creative problem solver.
