Formación

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, Business Operations or Chief of Staff roles within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong command of core marketing, commercial, and financial drivers (budgeting, forecasting, ROI).
• Executive presence and influence with VP- and C-suite stakeholders.
• Operational rigor and strategic agility across enterprise strategy and execution.
• Excellent written and visual communication, able to distill complex information into executive presentations.

• Orchestrate the SVP's operating rhythm, including leadership staff meetings, strategic reviews, and C-suite briefing preparations.
• Maximize executive meeting impact by ensuring proposals are decision-ready and properly presented.
