Job summary

Saratech is seeking an Executive Operations Leader to drive company-wide performance from a remote location. You will oversee operations, finance, strategy, and growth initiatives while guiding cross-functional teams toward measurable results.

Ideal candidates bring significant P&L experience, strategic execution skills, and a track record of building scalable, international operations with a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, finance, or a related field.
  • Significant progressive leadership experience in operations, general management, or business leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience managing P&L performance and delivering measurable business results.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex strategic initiatives.
  • Strong financial, analytical, communication, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience developing strategy and translating it into effective execution.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive leadership across business operations and key functional areas.
  • Translate organizational priorities into practical operating plans, goals, and performance measures.
  • Improve processes, organizational effectiveness, scalability, and accountability.
  • Partner with functional leaders to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Manage or support full P&L responsibility, including revenue, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor business performance and use financial and operational data to guide decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve growth, margins, cash flow, and overall business performance.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of long-term growth strategies.
  • Evaluate new markets, partnerships, business models, and investment opportunities.
  • Support expansion into new domestic and international markets.
  • Build relationships with customers, partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Experience building, directing and managing enterprise architecture and implementation teams with scope to include PLM, Digital Threats, and Manufacturing.
  • Provide executive guidance for program and project management disciplines, ensuring strategic initiatives are clearly scoped, prioritized, resourced, and executed with accountability.
  • Establish scalable operating frameworks, governance models, and cross-functional review rhythms that improve visibility, decision-making, and execution speed.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and lead process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce friction, and support growth across teams, business units, and customer-facing functions.
  • AI development and implementation with application to engineering and PLM processes.
  • Support product, service, or solution strategy based on customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Lead or contribute to the development and launch of new offerings.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, engineering, finance, and operations to support successful commercialization.
  • Review market feedback and business results to guide portfolio and investment decisions.

Position Overview: We are seeking an accomplished executive leader with broad operational, financial, and strategic experience. This individual will help guide business performance, support growth initiatives, strengthen organizational capabilities, and lead cross-functional execution in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
Business & Operational Leadership
  • Provide executive leadership across business operations and key functional areas.
