Job summary

Uline is seeking a Business Leadership Advisor to partner with the President and executive team to analyze critical areas of the business and shape growth strategies. This on-site role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

You will combine financial acumen with strong communication to present findings and influence action across a fast-paced organization, contributing to long-term objectives and company growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in business analysis, operations management or finance.
• Proficient with Excel, data visualization and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review operational data and financial reports to identify trends, insights and opportunities.
• Write data-driven summaries and present findings to Uline’s President to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate data analysis into recommendations and action plans.
• Participate in key projects to support the company’s long-term objectives and growth.
