Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging, is seeking a Business Leadership Advisor at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI.

You will analyze operational and financial data, write concise summaries, and present findings to the President to shape strategic decisions and growth initiatives.

Collaborating with senior leaders, you translate insights into actionable plans, ensuring long-term objectives are met with precision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in business analysis, operations management or finance.
• Proficient with Excel, data visualization and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to express information concisely.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
