Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging, seeks a Business Leadership Advisor to work with the President and the executive team to analyze key areas of the business and shape growth strategies.

You will review operational data and financial reports, write data-driven summaries, present findings, and collaborate with senior leaders to translate analysis into actionable recommendations and long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree. MBA a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in business analysis, operations management or finance.
• Proficient with Excel, data visualization and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to express information concisely.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
