Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience on $30-$100 million commercial/industrial construction projects.
• OSHA 30-hour certified.
• STS-C Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day coordination of trade contractors.
• Manage the project budget for general conditions.
• Develop and communicate work plans regarding changes.
