The Opportunity:

You’ll manage high-level executive tasks, build relationships with top-tier clients, and ensure seamless office operations, with the flexibility to take on diverse responsibilities that make a tangible impact. Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Act as the CEO’s right-hand, managing their schedule, preparing materials for client meetings, and handling confidential communications with precision to ensure they focus on strategic priorities.
- Client Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with top-tier clients, serving as a trusted liaison to support the CEO’s sales initiatives and enhance client experiences through personalized engagement.
- Office Operations: Oversee daily office operations to maintain a professional environment, including greeting clients, managing logistics (e.g., mail, supplies), and coordinating small events or meetings.
- Project Coordination: Facilitate communication between the CEO and team, coordinating projects and action items to ensure alignment and execution.
- Versatile Support: Take initiative on varied tasks, from drafting documents to addressing ad-hoc needs, ensuring the CEO and office stay on track in a fast-paced environment.
Who You Are:

- Tech-Savvy: You’re proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM or project management tools is preferred; familiarity with financial planning software is a plus.
- Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in executive support, client relations, or office operations, ideally in financial services.
