The team includes various centers of excellence such as Brand Marketing, Strategy & Transformation, Content, Design, Media, and Marketing Tech, collaborating across revenue units to maximize impact.
We are seeking a Vice President, Senior Design Manager, Design Systems, to lead and expand our enterprise-wide design system within the Global Marketing Team. The role involves governance, adoption, and scaling of a robust design system that creates cohesive digital experiences for clients and prospects.
You will manage and mentor a team of design system designers, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and oversee the design and implementation of UI components, ensuring accessibility and best practices.
Knowledge of motion design principles and branding within design systems is a plus.
The expected base salary is $125,000–$250,000, plus potential discretionary bonuses based on performance.
