Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing in IL.
• Significant leadership and management experience in nursing.
• Strong knowledge of CMS requirements and state regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with clinical quality measures, regulatory surveys, staffing oversight, and budgeting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all nursing services.
• Oversee recruitment, supervision, and development of nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with CMS/state regulations and facility policies.
• Lead QAPI initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Ensure quality of documentation, medication management, and care planning.
• Manage nursing budgets and staffing to balance acuity and census.
• Communicate effectively with leadership, residents, families, and staff.
