The CNO will shape nursing strategy, oversee staffing, performance management, quality improvement, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams, and serve on the facility's executive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Virginia RN licensure or eligibility.
• Extensive supervisory/management experience in nursing operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for the Nursing Department.
• Develop annual departmental strategic plan with measurable goals.
• Ensure CMS compliance and professional nursing standards.
