Ryders Health Management is seeking a full-time Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead Lord Chamberlain Tower in Stratford, CT, ensuring resident-centered care and compliance with all regulations. The administrator will oversee clinical, financial, and operational functions to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in CT (or eligibility).
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred for senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all facility functions to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Direct, supervise, and support department leaders and staff including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
• Develop and enforce facility-wide policies and procedures in line with regulations.
• Oversee daily operations across clinical, financial, and support services to ensure efficiency and outcomes.
• Lead QA/QI initiatives (QAPI) and ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
