Community Health Systems is seeking a Skilled Nursing Home Administrator for Merit Health Wesley in Mississippi. You will oversee overall facility management, compliance with federal/state guidelines, and performance to ensure high-quality resident care.

You will lead interdisciplinary teams, monitor financial and operational metrics, and drive improvements in patient experience and staff engagement in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or seven years of related experience in lieu of that degree.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred with Bachelor's degree.
• Strong ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and manage regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides executive leadership for all aspects of the skilled care facility, including clinical services and administrative operations.
• Oversees day-to-day operations ensuring CMS, OSHA, and licensure compliance.
• Collaborates with hospital and corporate leadership to align facility performance with system-wide objectives.
• Leads department managers in strategic planning to improve resident outcomes and staff performance.
• Drives census development and occupancy strategies through physician and community partnerships.
• Champions resident-centered care and quality improvement initiatives.
• Facilitates survey readiness and regulatory inspections.
• Maintains regular attendance and compliance with policies.
