Job summary

Simpson is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations of the Skilled Care Nursing Facility at Jenners Pond in West Grove, PA. The role requires strong leadership and a focus on regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care.

The Administrator will guide policy development, manage coordination across departments, and participate in surveys while maintaining census targets and ensuring exceptional service to residents and families.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as an Administrator or Executive Director of a Skilled Care Facility.
• Dynamic Leadership Skills.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operations of the Skilled Care Nursing Facility.
• Reviews policies and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Develops and maintains policies and procedures to govern operation.
• Participates in facility surveys and develops corrective action plans.
• Puts customer service first and ensures high quality of care.
