The role requires a Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator’s license, a bachelor’s degree or substantial equivalent experience, and proven administrative experience in healthcare. The Administrator will liaise with staff, residents, and families to uphold standards and drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct programs.
• Explain facility policies to employees, residents, families, visitors, and agencies.
• Maintain warmth, safety, and a positive atmosphere throughout the facility.
• Recruit and retain competent employees.
• Review monthly financial statements and report to management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and HIPAA/privacy requirements.
• Maintain equipment and safety standards; oversee daily operations.
• Lead safety, infection control, and accident prevention programs.
