Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator's license.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience at an Executive Level.
• Must have, as a minimum, 2 years of supervisory capacity in a hospital or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility's programs and activities.
• Develop and maintain written policies and procedures that govern the operation of the facility.
• Assist in recruitment and selection of competent department directors, supervisors and other personnel.
• Ensure an adequate number of trained personnel are on duty to meet residents' needs.
• Review resident complaints and grievances and report actions to appropriate parties.
