Qualifications

• Must have a valid Pennsylvania NHA license to practice Nursing Home Administration.

• Minimum of five (5) years in healthcare delivery systems, with at least two (2) years under direct supervision of an administrator.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all departments in the absence of the administrator.
• Participate in safety and quality improvement programs, policy development (including HIPAA and Corporate Compliance).
• Exercise full supervision over staff and operations.
