Job summary

Evercare is seeking a dynamic Nursing Director to oversee the nursing department and ensure high-quality patient care at our Edwardsville facility. You will develop policies, collaborate on care plans, and monitor staff performance to uphold Medicare standards.

The role requires a BSN, active RN license, at least 5 years in leadership, and strong leadership and communication skills to manage and guide a multidisciplinary team. Comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years in a nursing leadership role, Medicare-experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the nursing department to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance; provide guidance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Medicare standards.
