Job summary

Genesis HealthCare is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead nursing operations for the senior population and drive high-quality health care. You will blend nursing and administrative skills to direct day-to-day patient care and guide the nursing team toward clinical and operational excellence.

The role requires RN licensure, leadership experience in long-term care, and strong knowledge of MDS processes and regulations. On-call availability is required as part of the leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN license (BSN preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Knowledge of MDS processes, state nurse practice acts, and state/federal regulations.
• On-call availability required.

• Lead nursing operations and direct the nursing team.
