Job summary

7-9 years of leadership and nursing management experience.
Acute care and Critical care experience.

Responsibilities

Lead nursing services and direct overall operations for the assigned facility.
Ensure nursing care aligns with evidence-based practice and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement standards of nursing practice and budgeting processes.
Collaborate with senior leaders to set strategic direction and clinical leadership across the system.
Participate in system nursing initiatives, governance, and workforce development.
Foster partnerships with medical staff and HR to recruit, retain, and develop nursing talent.
Promote PFCC and patient/family-centered care across policy and care models.
Monitor quality, safety, and performance metrics to improve patient outcomes.
