Kaiser Permanente Northwest is seeking a Director/Senior Director to lead hospital administration and care delivery across Sunnyside Medical Center. The role drives strategic planning, resource forecasting, and enterprise-wide safety and quality initiatives.

You will oversee multiple units, coordinate with physicians and external partners, and ensure compliance with Nursing Practice Act and regulatory standards while guiding a highly skilled team to deliver high-quality patient care 24/7.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in patient care delivery.
• BSN and 9+ years in business operations or clinical health care.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience managing operational or project budgets.
• Minimum four (4) years of leadership experience with direct reports.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• Registered Nurse License (Oregon) required at hire.
