• Completion of Apple II Management training; proven business-goal achievement with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational and financial performance of the location under Area Director.
• Manages restaurant environment, guest experience, and compliance with company standards.
• Develops managers and TEAM Members; conducts regular performance reviews and training.
• Ensures staffing, safety, sanitation, and adherence to budgets; communicates with other managers daily.
