UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX seeks an Executive Clinical Director for the Musculoskeletal Service Line to lead quality, strategy, and growth in a dyad with ambulatory leadership. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, safety, and efficient operations across ambulatory and acute settings.

The position requires MD/DO with a faculty appointment in Orthopaedic Surgery, Plastic Surgery, PM&R, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine, plus senior leadership credentials and sports

Qualifications

• MD or DO required with primary faculty appointment in Orthopaedic Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
• Fellowship in Sports Medicine required for Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation tracks.
• Proven senior clinical leadership experience in a musculoskeletal service line.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality, service line growth, and clinical strategy in the MSK service line.
• Partner with administrative leaders to optimize operations, budget, and resource allocation.
• Promote patient-centered care and innovative models of care across ambulatory and acute settings.
