Job summary

Rocket Mortgage, a Rocket Companies brand, is seeking an Executive Loan Officer to guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing. You’ll leverage licenses and expertise in loan programs to help homebuyers achieve their goals.

You will build relationships with real estate professionals, analyze client finances, and stay current with product offerings, guidelines, and market changes while representing the Rocket brand in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage loan origination.
• State and federal licenses.
• Proven track record obtaining referrals and generating lead volume.
• Professional communication, time management, results driven, teamwork and critical/strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing, resolving concerns.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, and other professionals to market the Rocket brand and help homebuyers obtain financing.
• Consult with clients and analyze their financial situations to determine the appropriate loan product.
• Evaluate client financial status and documents to ensure qualification for financing.
• Cultivate relationships with mortgage referral sources and market the value of working with Rocket Mortgage.
• Advise and educate clients on the home-buying or refinance process and how to manage their mortgage.
• Establish, develop and maintain a book of business to drive referral volume and revenue.
• Give every referral and client the best service in the industry.
• Stay up-to-date on Rocket Mortgage’s product offerings, qualifying parameters and process changes.
• Represent the Rocket brand at civic and community events to drive lead flow to the branch.
