Job summary

First Hospitality is seeking an Executive Meeting Manager to join our team and drive sales for small meetings and room blocks. You will coordinate with guests and internal departments to design, quote, and execute events, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to post-event evaluation.

The role requires 2+ years of sales in hospitality, a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, and strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills to close deals and maximize revenue.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in hotels or related field
  • 4-year degree in hospitality management or sales preferred, or equivalent experience and education
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Professional appearance and confidence
  • Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM system preferred
  • Confirm new and repeat business via lead follow up, telemarketing, direct mail, referrals, internet prospecting, etc.
  • Maximize revenues to meet/exceed individual revenue goals
  • Prepare and execute sales contracts, event orders, group resumes to ensure quality product delivery and customer satisfactions
  • Serve and assist in coordinating all function details with clients to include space requirements, meeting times, equipment, menus, billing etc.

  • Organizational Skills - Ability to determine priority tasks and maintain strong attention to detail..

Experience & Education:
