Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking an Executive Meeting Manager who shares our values and will lead teams to deliver exceptional catering and events for groups of all sizes. You will set and raise standards, motivate staff, and ensure flawless execution from inquiry to post-event follow-up in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

You should have at least 3 years of related experience, a proven track record in guest and team engagement, strong financial oversight, and excellent communication skills.

• 3+ years of catering and events experience.

• Willingness to meet 24-hour operation demands.

About You

• Passionate about catering & events and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of booking and servicing small groups/events from all markets, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Salary Range: $75k - $80k
