• Lead strategic portfolio in autoimmunity and inflammation.
• Design early clinical studies with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior staff and build scientific capabilities across the organization.
• Drive external partnerships and clinical due diligence for BD.
• Influence regulatory strategy and ensure safe, compliant development.
