The position blends administrative leadership with clinical responsibilities, with regular travel to affiliate sites.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Active medical license (or ability to obtain) required.
• MPH or MBA required.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in clinical strategy and value-based care across affiliate practices.
• Lead physician liaison activities between community practices and system leadership.
• Oversee practice performance reviews using data and analytics.
• Advance value-based care initiatives and improve population health outcomes.
• Support practice transformation and innovation across the network.
• Enhance ambulatory workflows and clinician experience.
• Identify and cultivate strategic growth opportunities across the network.
• Promote physician engagement, development, and well-being.
