Qualifications

• Ph.D. required at hire in a relevant business discipline.
• Experience in executive education or EMBA teaching is preferred.
• Commitment to AACSB-aligned teaching and program outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the Executive MBA program and graduate courses in leadership and management.
• Design and update course content reflecting trends and best practices.
• Deliver engaging, discussion-based instruction for experienced executives.
• Advise, mentor, and coach EMBA students and lead EMBA course teams.
• Participate in program development, assessment, and accreditation activities.
• Engage in research and scholarly work aligned with AACSB standards.
• Contribute to faculty collaboration, curriculum innovation, and partnerships.

Education

Ph.D. in Management, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Strategy, or closely related business discipline
