Job summary

ICU Medical has a Major Account Executive who represents our broad portfolio to key IDN customers, driving sales and strategic relationships. You will develop opportunities, align multiple business units, and negotiate complex contracts at the executive level with consultative selling and strong financial acumen.

This field-based role requires traveling approximately 50% and may be remote in most states. A track record in medical/pharmacy disposables sales and quota achievement is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of medical sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy interfacing sales experience for disposables.
• Proven track record of meeting quota/growth in territory and developing existing customer relationships.
• Active and current compliance with credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Achievement of all sales quotas and objectives through strategic business plans.
• Develop executive relationships with customers at the highest levels.
• Understand customers' goals, initiatives, and contracting processes for large projects.
• Know the ICU Medical portfolio synergies and value proposition.
• Coordinate broad portfolio team for opportunities aligned with ICU goals.
• Navigate contract structures and competitive landscape.
• Work on special projects as assigned.
