Qualifications

• Current Nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Assisted Living program and manage day-to-day operations.
• Develop and update resident assessments and care plans.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, hospitals, and community services.
• Collaborate with the Business Office on Level of Care charges and billing continuity.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulatory standards.
• Hire, supervise, and train staff; conduct evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Oversee medication administration within state law.
• Maintain confidentiality and resident rights.
