Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects/teams, manage sub/vendor relationships, ensure quality, schedule, and profitability, and organize resources.
• Ensure deadlines, efficiency, control costs, maintain project logs/docs, budget, safety, and scheduling.
• Projects are primarily ground-up luxury homes in the $5M–$10M+ range.
