Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Part-Time Executive Lounge Attendant at Hilton Madison Monona Terrace in Madison, WI. You will set up the lounge, serve food and beverages, maintain a clean, inviting space, and respond to guest requests to ensure a welcoming experience.

This role requires good English communication and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Schedule is Monday through Friday with weekends off, and you'll receive perks such as meals, discounts, and employee

Qualifications

• Hospitality or food & beverage experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to read and understand instructions in English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with reasonable accommodation.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday (no weekends required).

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the lounge area with tables, chairs, china, and service ware.
• Serve food and beverages per Hilton brand standards and event orders.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked lounge, pantry, and storage space.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or communicate with supervisors as needed.
• Monitor lounge usage and keep accurate guest counts.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure daily service runs smoothly.
• Support hotel-wide operations as needed, with flexibility and teamwork.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Setting up and breaking down the lounge area with tables, chairs, china, and service ware
• Serving food and beverages in accordance with Hilton brand standards and event orders
• Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organized lounge, pantry, and storage space
• Responding promptly to guest requests or communicating with supervisors as needed
• Monitoring lounge usage and keeping accurate guest counts
• Collaborating with the team to ensure daily service runs smoothly
• Supporting hotel-wide operations as needed, with flexibility and teamwork

What Will You Bring to the Role?

• Previous hospitality or food & beverage experience (preferred but not required)
